Uma a\u00e7\u00e3o realizada em julho pela Medley \u00e9 um bom exemplo. Trata-se do projeto <a href=\"http:\/\/www.medley.com.br\/generico\/sonhadores\">Hotel do Sono<\/a>, que transformou uma mans\u00e3o paulistana em um espa\u00e7o educativo que trazia, de forma l\u00fadica, dicas para as pessoas dormirem melhor. A iniciativa foi assinada pela ag\u00eancia Newstyle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O conceito de Live Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O live marketing \u00e9 a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o territorial para promover marcas e criar intera\u00e7\u00f5es com as pessoas por meio de experi\u00eancias sensoriais. Esse m\u00e9todo, que tem o aux\u00edlio fundamental da tecnologia digital, possibilita uma compreens\u00e3o diferenciada dos produtos e servi\u00e7os e, consequentemente, geram maior reten\u00e7\u00e3o na informa\u00e7\u00e3o obtida pelas pessoas. O termo \u201clive\u201d vem da interlocu\u00e7\u00e3o viva que esse tipo de marketing promove entre marcas e pessoas.<\/p>\n<p>O grande trunfo do live marketing \u00e9 gerar maior engajamento das pessoas com as marcas nesse cen\u00e1rio de bombardeio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es em que ningu\u00e9m para por mais do que alguns segundos para ver algo.<\/p>\n<p>O live marketing, em certa medida, \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m derivado do marketing promocional, conceito que precisou se atualizar diante de consumidores com um grau de exig\u00eancia muito elevado. Dessa forma, o live marketing abrange todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es ou campanhas que estabelecem uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre o consumidor e um produto ou servi\u00e7o, com objetivo de provocar experi\u00eancias que criem conex\u00f5es e possa gerar venda ou valor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Como funcionou o Hotel do Sono<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Hotel do Sono foi uma a\u00e7\u00e3o exemplar de live marketing por levar ao p\u00e9 da letra o car\u00e1ter educativo que esse tipo de iniciativa deve ter. Al\u00e9m de palestras e aulas de medita\u00e7\u00e3o e culin\u00e1ria, dois monitores conduziam grupos de pessoas ao longo de alguns ambientes que sempre traziam novas informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o sono e dicas para dormir melhor. Na direita, aqueles que nos ajudam a relaxar quando a hora de dormir se aproxima.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A ideia de aprender na pr\u00e1tica tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 uma vantagem do live marketing, que, no caso do Hotel do Sono, se deu no \u00faltimo ambiente. Um quarto foi dividido ao meio para representar claramente o que caracteriza um ambiente prop\u00edcio para o sono tranquilo e o contr\u00e1rio. As pessoas eram incentivadas a vasculhar o quarto para perceber os detalhes e fixar aquelas informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A Medley n\u00e3o estava \u201cvendendo\u201d nenhum produto, mas provavelmente quem passou pelo Hotel do Sono vai se lembrar dessa marca quando for a uma farm\u00e1cia e n\u00e3o estiver convicta sobre qual rem\u00e9dio levar, por exemplo. E, mais do que isso, ter\u00e1 uma lembran\u00e7a positiva da Medley quando algum amigo se queixar que n\u00e3o tem dormido bem.<\/p>\n<p>Outro aspecto positivo do Hotel do Sono: a a\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o buscava vender nenhum produto de forma clara. O foco era realmente educar as pessoas sobre a import\u00e2ncia de dormir bem para uma sa\u00fade mais equilibrada. Isso mostra como h\u00e1 uma interse\u00e7\u00e3o entre <a href=\"http:\/\/sh-pro102.teste.website\/~quali640\/br\/#content\">marketing de conte\u00fado<\/a> e live marketing.
